Progression is a Saas (Software as a Service) tech company that specializes in the digitization of business processes (digital transition) of SMEs for all trades carrying out work on site or on the road. With more than 16 years of experience, Progression now has 6 fully developed products, including its lead product ProgressionLive. Also, Progression proudly has more than 40 employees who work to simplify and facilitate the daily lives of more than 870 SMEs in Canada. These clients work in many different fields such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electricity, plumbing, oil, construction, delivery and retail. Progression’s mission is to make the digital transition accessible to SMEs in order to enable them to compete with the big players in their fields and to focus on their key revenue-generating expertise, in other words, to help SMEs and contribute to their success.
In order to pursue this mission and make a bigger difference, Progression is seeking to welcome to its team a new Sales Representative who will be responsible for business development throughout Ontario in collaboration, among others, with the marketing team.

What Progression asks of you:
- Develop a sufficient technical expertise in our technological solutions (SaaS B2B software) in order to sell them;
- Prospection and clientele development;
- Identification of high-potential market segments;
- Identification of potential clients;
- Implementation of a prospecting strategy with targeted clients and segments (including cold call);
- Communication with potential clients;
- Demonstration of solutions in person as well as remotely in Webinar format;
- Representation and promotion of the brand and the products;
- Collaboration with the marketing team to establish a promotion plan for the Ontario province (events, advertising zones, etc.).
Your background:
- Ability to learn, master and sell B2B SaaS technological solutions;
- Have a network of contacts and/or good knowledge of the construction market, in particular professions accomplishing “Off-Site” work (HVAC, Plumber, Electrician, Last Mile, etc.);
- Live in Ontario;
- Mandatory bilingualism (English and French).
